Good Neighbours stall at 'Faith on the Green'Good Neighbours is part of the wider communities of Chorlton and Whalley Range and members have taken part in a range of community activities including:

•Visiting Chorlton High School for a Christmas lunch and to see their production of Grease
• Helen Hibberd and Bernard Leach gave a talk about Good Neighbours to Manchester University students taking a Youth and Community Work degree course.

Good Neighbours at Brookburn Summer Fair
• Several visits were made to sheltered housing schemes to promote Good Neighbours and CGN stalls were put on at the Health Information fair at TrafalgarCourt Housing Scheme  and at a ‘Faith on the Green’ day put on by local churches in the summer

• Helen Hibberd gave a talk about neighbourliness on Radio 4’s Women’s Hour in December. This can be heard on the internet here

• A Good Neighbours Radio Programme was made for Chorlton FM and was broadcast during the Chorlton Arts Festival in May 2012. There were interviews with the Good Neighbours Coordinator, Helen Hibberd, with wheelchair support worker, Amanda and with several volunteers.
