Dawn and Helen from Good Neighbours nominated Leah Cavanagh for a “Be Proud of Manchester Award” for her great work with the Melodics, the Good Neighbours singing group she organises.
She won in the category of Creativity in the Community Award which “draws attention to artistic enterprises that have brought people together”…..”The winner proves how creative activities can benefit individuals and strengthen communities”.
