Are you looking to get a bit fitter? Want to improve your flexibility, muscle tone and balance as well as have a chance to meet other people? Then why not join us at the exercise classes at Chorlton Good Neighbours.
The classes are graded to suit all levels, and include a range of seated and standing movements, using small weights and resistance bands, specifically designed for older adults, to help prevent trips and falls. You join in and work at your own pace, under the guidance of a well-qualified experienced Instructor.
