Join our Zoom Exercise Classes

It would be great to see a few more people join our Zoom exercise sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings 11-12 with Instructor Karen . Just ask me for the link and I can email it to you . It’s all low key and most of the class can be done sitting down , yet there are still exercises which involve standing and balance work .
