Are you interested in sustainability issues and climate change?
Would you like to hear what small changes can make a difference?
As part of receiving council funding, we have agreed to work towards certain
outcomes in relation to supporting the City’s green agenda and reducing our
carbon footprint. One of the outcomes is about ensuring our members and
volunteers have information about these issues, and an opportunity to
discuss them if they wish.
In partnership with Manchester Adult Education, a series of short talks and
small group discussions will take place at the following Thursday coffee
mornings from 10.30am. Each will last about 30 minutes.

Naomi Bath from the Community Learning team will lead the mornings, and
we hope you will come and join us, if you don’t already attend coffee
mornings. It will all be interesting and informal (no tests or anything like that!)
but an opportunity to learn together. Please just come along to any or all the
sessions; thank you for your support. Helen, Co ordinator
