Farewell to our chair, Ken Stokes

After many years as the chair of the board of trustees at Chorlton Good Neighbours Ken Stokes is moving away from Manchester and has stepped down as our chair. We are all very sorry to see him go but wish him well, and know that he will be successful in anything he chooses to do. He leaves CGN in a good condition with us able to provide a range of activities and support for the older members of our community.
Fortunately Jim Donahue has stepped up to the challenge of becoming chair of CGN and was confirmed by the board of trustees meeting today (23 Apr 2025) at what was Ken’s last meeting as chair of CGN
