Last Thursday, 17th Jan coffee morning was very busy with a new year’s lunch for 50 people and entertainment from the schoolchildren of Oswald Rd School. Later singer/guitarist Dave Taylor also entertained whilst soup and roll was served.
Our local PCSO’s bobbed in to chat with folk as well a local councillors Eve Holt and Joanna Midgeley. ( photo 6 )
Politics student Alex was also there (see photo of him with volunteer Ray ) seeing how the voluntary sector works in partnership with local colleagues.
