Next Monday 19th September2022, as it is the Queens Funeral the office will be closed and there will be no Monday exercise class that day. We resume all as usual from next Tuesday .
It would be great to see a few more people join us on Wednesday afternoons for Karen’s exercise class at 1.30pm . It is the most energetic of all our onsite classes but if you are looking for a bit of a work out then why not come and give it a go . We use resistance bands and small hand weights and many of the exercises can be carried out sitting down . Everyone goes at their own pace
Next Wednesday 21st September at 10.30am as part of Chorlton Book festival our Drama Group will be performing their latest production called Save our Park … please come along to support them if you are able to make it. Tea and coffee will also provided .
Thursday 22nd September at 10.30am it will be our Annual General Meeting when we will give short reports on the past years work , and elect our Trustees . The whole meeting will last no longer than one hour and gives a good opportunity for people to see what work the group has been doing coming out of lockdown . All are welcome to join us .
