Community Health Clinic Project at Chorlton Good Neighbours (video)
Chorlton Good Neighbours joined together with the Community Matron Team (now known as Active Case Managers) based at Chorlton Health Centre. It started in February 2015 with a nurse attending every Thursday coffee morning and providing a clinic and advice to users and volunteers from Good Neighbours.as well as being an experiment in partnership working between health professionals and Good Neighbours workers and volunteers. The project was so successful that it has now been continued indefinitely
