I am just confirming that all our activities , apart from the Melodics singing group , will be resuming as usual from now . The drama group will restart at the beginning of February.
Thursday coffee morning ,with the digital drop in, will be running tomorrow Jan 6th from 10-11.30am .
Aidan and the volunteers are here to support you with any query about your mobile phone, tablet or laptop. Just come in and ask , no question too small …
Next Thursday 13th member Liz Phillips will be restarting the simple jewellery making sessions , all beads etc provided , so come and relax and take home a finished pair of earrings or a necklace or key ring …
The art group will be meeting tomorrow afternoon 1-2.30pm with tutor Amanda so if you fancy trying something a bit different please come along and give it a go . You dont need to be Picasso to join…
Friday seated exercise session with Don also resumes this week 10-11am and Next Monday exercise class with Karen restarts at 1.30pm .
Our monthly Positive Living group meets next Monday 10th January 10-12 and trainer Debra will be exploring the topic of Motivation and how to get going…these sessions are all low key , plenty of good strategies to learn and share. If you prefer to just come and sit and listen, that again is fine .
Zoom : we are continuing with History talks over zoom for the time being , and of course Karen Oakes runs two weekly zoom exercise sessions, mainly seated, (Tuesday and Thursday 11-12 ) if you want to give that a go. Just email me and I can send you the link and passcodes.
The office is open every morning 9-12 if you need advice or information , and I will be sending out regular newsletters throughout the year.
