Emma Fox is a local tour guide who has given wonderful talks before, at CGN. This time she will be looking at the visible and hidden  waterways that shaped Manchester’s development. In this illustrated talk, she brings to life the city’s buried rivers and culverts, alongside important  canals such as the Bridgewater and the Manchester Ship Canal, revealing how they powered its growth and continue to shape its identity
