Our Next History talk will be on Thursday 7th March 2019 1.30pm when Graham Phythian will be talking about quirky facts relating to south Manchester- ghosts, sporting events , buried treasure and an oscar winner. …. should be interesting.

1. This Thursday 28th Feb 8.30 – 2.30pm our Be Well health colleagues are here doing health checks for anyone aged 40-74 years old, checking BP, and for early signs of diabetes , heart disease etc…Please just come along into the Main hall here at Wilbraham St Ninians Church and they will be here to chat with you.
2. Monday 4th March our life coach Debra McCallion is running another Positive Living session 10-12 , this time focusing on listening skills and how to listen more deeply. All welcome .
3. Thursday 7th March at coffee morning 10.30am two of our local Councillors , Eve Holt and Joanna Midgely , are coming along to update us about any local issues and taking your questions..Come and ask about buses redevelopment , anything that you have concerns about.
4. I now have details of the next free Live Music Now event at the Bridgewater Hall – The ‘Songs and Scones’ concert will take place on Monday 18th March with classical duo Iwan Owen (piano) and Abi Hammett (violin). It starts at 10.30 with refreshments and will be followed by the concert. If you fancy giving it a go please get in touch with me to book a place.
